- Dial 999 from your desk phone
- The phone system will prompt for Personal Identification Number (PIN) – Enter PIN and press pound #
- Dial 9 – to go to mailbox options
- Dial 7 – to go to voicemail PIN
- The phone system will prompt you to enter new Personal Identification Number (PIN) – Enter new PIN and press pound #
- The phone system will read back the new PIN to you and prompt you to press star to save the new PIN. – Press star * to save the new PIN

How do I record/change my personal identification message?
The Self Identification Message and your Voicemail Greeting are treated as two separate items in the phone system. The Voicemail Greeting is used for when users leave you a voicemail, whereas the Self Identification Message is used when users dial your extension by name. This is usually the users first and last name.
